Geneseo Women's Rugby

Welcome to the website for the Geneseo Women's Rugby team. Our team is made up of a great group of girls who have come together to play a great game, and stay together as great friends.  Everyone is welcome to join, no experience necessary, and we'll teach you everything you need to know about the game. Check out our schedule and join us at practice. Feel free to email us at wrugby@geneseo.edu for more information.

Rugby is a game of tradition. It is a full-contact sport combining elements of soccer and football. We welcome girls of all shapes and sizes, who join us both with years' of experience and no experience. We'll teach you everything you need to know. Since we have a DII and a DIII side, everyone has the opportunity for field time. We practice five days a week (Monday-Friday) from 5:00-7:00 pm during out primary fall season. The spring season is made up of tournaments, and practices are scheduled based on player availability. It's a commitment, but it's worth every second.

Come see one of our home games at Mendon Ponds Park located at the intersection of Pond Rd. and Douglas Roads in Honeoye Falls, NY 144472. Along Pond Rd, there is a gravel parking lot. Or find us using your GPS with the latitude and longitude approximate coordinates: 43°0'53" N and 77°34'1"W (43.015 and -77.567).

'the strength of the pack is the wolf and the strength of the wolf is his pack.

Join the pack.'"
