One of the many benefits of the Summer Reunion program is the available space we have to accommodate our alumni guests. With the residence halls vacant for the summer we have space to house over *400 reunion guests. *With double occupancy in every room.
On-campus guests will be housed in either Ontario Hall (suite style residence hall) or Seneca Hall (corridor style residence hall). Monroe Hall (corridor style residence hall), the only climate controlled residence hall on campus, is also available at a slightly higher rate. Most rooms contain two twin beds and every floor has a lounge and kitchenette (stove, oven and sink). Wireless internet is available and free of charge.
For the safety of all those staying on campus, each guest is required to sign in, obtain keys/codes and consent to the on-campus housing agreement.
Ontario or Seneca single occupancy room cost - $50/night
Ontario or Seneca double occupancy room cost - $90/night (or $45 per person)
Monroe single occupancy room cost - $60/night
Monroe double occupancy room cost - $110/night (or $55 per person)
Note that "double" rooms do NOT contain a double bed; they contain two twin beds.
Roommate requests are always honored, assuming both guests are registered. Guests can indicate a fellow alumni they would like to be "housed near" (same suite or floor) but we ask that you please confirm that the guest you list is, in fact, planning to register or has already registered for Reunion. The Office of Alumni & Parent Relations makes every effort to accommodate our overnight alumni guests and do our best to honor these requests. "Housed near" requests received after May 1st may not be considered.
Check-Out procedure: All guests are required to keys and/or codes to locations specifed in your Reunion materials during the times indicated.
A replacement fee of $25 will be charged to those who fail to officially check-out with staff on duty and/or remove the fan from their room.
