An Introduction to Zen Buddhism and Meditation: Oct. 20

Roshi Bodhin Kjolhede from the Rochester Zen Center will present "An Introduction to Zen Buddhism and Meditation" in Brodie 210 on Thursday, October 20, from 11:30am to 12:45pm.

Kjolhede will discuss Zen Buddhism and the positive impact meditation can have on people's lives. Kjolhede's visit is a popular annual event at Geneseo; he has over 20 years of experience teaching at the Rochester Zen Center and has traveled and trained extensively in Japan, India, Tibet, China, and Taiwan and creates a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The event is open to all students, faculty and the public.
