Flu Shot Clinics 2011

Student Health and Counseling will be administering flu shots at the Knight Spot on the following dates:

Wednesday, September 21st, 1-5 p.m.
Friday, September 23rd, 1-5 p.m.
Thursday, September 29th, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

Please sign up for a date and time to help us plan and to eliminate long waiting lines. 

Students: Free. Please bring your college ID. If you are under 18, you will need parental consent. Please follow the instructions found on the sign up page.
Faculty and Staff: $25. Cash and checks will be accepted.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) recommends seasonal flu shots for everyone older than 6 months of age who have no contraindications to the immunization. Please contact Student Health and Counseling if you have any questions.
