SUNY Geneseo art galleries announce spring shows
GENESEO, N.Y. — The State University of New York at
Geneseo's Lockhart and Bertha V.B. Lederer galleries are offering new exhibits
this semester. All exhibits are free and open to the public.
The Lockhart Gallery, located at 26 Main St. in the village
of Geneseo, presents an exhibit by Yolanda Daliz titled "Elements of Reality."
The community is invited to an artist's reception from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan.
27. The exhibit runs through Feb. 17. The gallery is open daily from 11:30
a.m.-4 p.m. and Fridays 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m.
The Lederer Gallery, located in William A. Brodie Hall,
presents an exhibit by Elmira College Art Faculty. An opening reception will be
held from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28. The exhibit runs through Friday, Feb. 24.
The gallery is open daily from 2-4:30 p.m. and Thursdays 12-8 p.m.

This exhibit opens Feb. 25 in the college's MacVittie
College Union Ballroom and moves March 2 to the Lederer Gallery. A closing
reception will be 4-6 p.m., Friday, March 10.
