Health Promotion Activities

The Health Promotion office offers a variety of wellness programs throughout the academic year. Topics include: alcohol use, sexual health, healthy relationships, stress management, nutrition, sleep, and healthy living. Let us know if you have an idea for a program that you would like to see on campus. 

Here are some ways in which you can become involved with Health Promotion:

  • Join the Geneseo Healthguards
  • Check out our Hot Topics! page
  • Get a massage! (at our De-Stress event or at Lauderdale during finals)
  • Attend a Health Promotion Program
  • Come by Lauderdale 208 for info and materials to assist with a class project.
  • Visit a Healthguard Health Awareness table
  • Meet individually with the Coordinator of Health Promotion to discuss wellness-related concerns
  • Pick up brochures from various areas of the Health & Counseling department.
