As a SUNY Geneseo Project Director you can obtain direct access to your grant portfolio via The Research Foundation's RF QuickView and Project Investigator's Award Interface (PIAI).  To request access to your grant portfolio sign-up now!

The RF QuickView and PIAI will give you information such as:

• Expenditure and encumbrance detail
• Expenditure detail for a specified period of time
• Purchase order, and accounts payable information
• Salary and wage details
• Participants on an award, project and task
• Balance (Budget - Actual Expenditures -Encumbrance = Balance)
• Award Cash Position versus Budget
• Award Cash Position versus Expended
• Option to Export data into Excel
