Selection Criteria 
What we're looking for:
- Full-time Geneseo students with solid academic achievements.
- Variety of extracurricular involvement,
- Proven desire to explore career options.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
APPLICATIONS AND INTERVIEWS:
- Complete the online application and questionnaire by October 12, 2012.
- Finalists will be selected for group interviews based on applications and questionnaires.
- Group interviews will be conducted by the selection committee in or around early November.
