Dr. Jassawalla is hosting an information session about graduate school and the MBA degree. Topics to be discussed include the application process, the GMAT, 4+1 MBA programs, the top fifty MBA programs, and more. Five guest speakers will present who are all Geneseo alumni currently enrolled in graduate school. All interested students are welcome.

The US-UK Fulbright Commission is pleased to announce that applications are open for the 2015 UK Summer Institutes. There are nine Summer Programmes available for US students in 2015. The Summer Institute will cover the majority of the participant costs, such as round-trip airfare from the US to the UK, tuition and fees at the University, accommodation, and food. The Western New York College Media Conference 2015 is currently open for registration. The keynote presentation will be by News10NBC's Berkeley Brean, with additional presentations by Buffalo Bills Insider Chris Brown, Director of Newhouse School's Tully Center for Free Speech Roy Gutterman, and Social Media Manager for Rochester WXXI's Juan Vazquez, among others. USA Today is offering summer internships for college students interested in journalism. Three separate programs will be offered for writing, visual, and study abroad correspondents. Content produced by interns will appear across all USA Today platforms, including mobile and tablet. All programs will run from May 4 to August 21, 2015. Advertising Women of New York is asking students to submit designs for digital artwork advertising the 2015 Advertising Career Conference. Information about the organization and the conference can be found on their website. Submitted artworks should draw students' attention and encourage them to attend the conference; readability should not be ignored. Artwork will accompany email and social media advertisements for the conference. Interested students can submit to Lynn Zalokar.

Greater Buffalo Society of Professional Journalists is offering a scholarship opportunity for college juniors or seniors, graduate students, or working journalists committed to a career in journalism. Applicants must express competence in writing, broadcasting, or related journalistic skills, as well as provide evidence of financial need and a letter of recommendation in the student's field of major interest.
