Summary of Current Duties
Supervise a field staff of 7 Special Agents who conduct investigations into truck and bus companies. Investigate serious injury and fatal commercial motor vehicle crashes. Agents prepare civil and criminal cases on companies who violate Federal rules and regulations. As a supervisor, I also handle budgetary and personnel matters.
Since 9/11 our staff has been working to protect the public from any terrorist who may try to use a truck as a weapon of mass destruction.

Rewards of a Federal Government Career

Each and everyday that I come to work, I know that what I am doing has either saved someone’s life or may save someone’s life in the future.

Advice to Students

The more you learn about computer hardware, software, and network systems, the better prepared you will be to succeed in the real world.
