Taverne placed third in the high jump at Cornell’s Kane Invitational (first among Division III athletes) with an ECAC Championships qualifying performance; his mark of 6-4 (1.94 meters) is the program’s seventh-best performance ever and ranks second in the SUNYAC this season.
