Berube was named 2010-11 Male Athlete of the Year after dominating the Atlantic Region in cross country, winning the SUNYAC and Atlantic Region individual and team titles on his way to an eighth place finish at the NCAA Division III Cross Country championships, claiming his third All-America certificate and leading the Blue Knights to a seventh place finish of 32 teams. During the indoor track season, he set school records in the 5,000 meters and mile run and anchored the Distance Medley Relay to a school record time. He won the SUNYAC title in the 3,000 meters and advanced to the NCAA Division III Indoor championships, where he won his fourth All-America certificate of his career with a seventh place finish in the 5,000 meters. Berube capped his year with a seventh place finish in the 5,000 meters at the outdoor nationals to earn his fifth All-America award.
