Berube won a pair of All-America certificates at the NCAA Division III Indoor championships by placing second in the 5,000 meters in a time of 14:49.96 and teaming with junior Ryan O'Connor, senior Pat Gallagher and sophomore Henry Potter to finish eighth with a time of 10:09.51 in the distance medley relay.
