Max had a spectacular meet for the Blue Wave at the Ithaca Invitational as she won the 500 yard freestyle in a pool record time of 5:05.42, won the 200 freestyle in a pool record time of 1:54.87, placed second in the 100 backstroke in a school record and NCAA provisional time of 58.32 and finished third in the 200 back in 2:08.72. In addition, Max participated on the winning 800 free relay in a pool record time of 7:49.02, the second place 400 free relay in 3:34.81, the second place 400 medley relay in 3:57.46 and anchored the 200 free relay to a fourth place time of 1:39.12. Geneseo finished second in team scoring to Division I Cornell.
